#1 - Why is there such a big difference in prices?
Massage chairs are like anything else. You'll get what you pay for.
There are 3 different grades of massage chairs - cheap, mid-grade, and premium quality.
They all have a similar look to them, but if you check "under the hood" - that's where the similarities end.
The price point is based on its design, its features, the quality of the components installed during the assembly of the chair, and the quality of the after-sales support and service (if there is any).

#2 - How long do massage chairs last?
It depends on the quality of the components used during the assembly process.
Based on our own experience - plus what other's have shared with us, a cheap massage chair's lifespan is anywhere from 0 to a few years at best.
A mid-grade massage chair will typically last from 5 to 10 years, and a premium massage chair should last 10+ years and more.
We've replaced chairs that were 30+ years old.

#3 - How long will it take for my massage chair to arrive?
If we have it in stock, next day delivery is usually an option.
If we don't have it in stock and need to order it, it'll typically arrive to us in 7 to 10 business days, except for the Christmas holidays where it may take a little longer.
Once we have it, we can usually bring it to you on the next business day.

#4 - What's the most likely part on a massage chair to fail?
The failure rate of a quality massage chair is minimal, but if one of the functions has become an issue, the first component in the electronics sequence is the motherboard.
The motherboard is loaded with sensitive electronics and is very susceptible to damage from power spikes or improper voltage, or even improper handling of the chair.
The motherboard controls every single thing that a massage chair does, so if one part of the massage chair is not operating as it should, the motherboard may have an issue.

#5 - How long have you been in business?
We've been in the mechanical service business since 1996, and in April of 2015, we added massage chair sales & service to our product offerings.

#6 - Why are demo's by appointment?
Demo's usually take anywhere from a half hour to 2 hours, and providing you our utmost and undivided attention produces the best results. This is why scheduling appointments works best.
Same day appointments are usually available, but because we service more than massage chairs, next day appointments are preferred.

#7 - Who should I call if I need service?
If you purchased your massage chair from us, call or text us with all of the details and we'll take it from there.
If you purchased your massage chair elsewhere, please contact the seller or manufacturer.

Service - Big box stores use 3rd party companies for everything, including massage chair service.
The quality of service that a 3rd party company can provide - will be hit or miss, and it all depends on both the experience - and the integrity, of the person who shows up at your door.

Returns - Big box stores typically have lenient return policies, but returning a massage chair is not an easy task, so we do everything in our power to make sure that you found the right massage chair - the first time around.

Will my health insurance pay for a massage chair?
Possibly, depending on your medical condition and your health insurance policy.
We've helped a number of our customers including military veterans navigate the the process of buying a massage chair through their health insurance.
