MCI - Massage Chairs Warranty

Please note: A surge protector is required to protect your massage chair electronics from power overloads, and is the responsibility of the purchaser.

- This warranty is non-transferrable from the original purchaser, and explicitly covers all parts, labor, and structural framework of the designated massage chair, within the time periods as specified on your invoice.

- We guarantee that your qualified massage chair will be replaced or repaired at our option, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship, or structural defects, excluding specific limitations contained herein.

What is covered:

· All warranties are in effect for the stated duration stated on your invoice, excluding specific the limitations contained herein.

· All warranty periods commence on the date of delivery.

What is NOT covered:

· This warranty does not cover the normal softening or wear of Velcro, upholstery, padding, tears in the fabric, or zipper malfunctions.

· Other damages not covered include but is not limited to: any type of abuse, including dismounting the chair prior to the completion of the massage cycle, exceeding the maximum weight capacity, improper relocation techniques or mishandling the massage chair in any way, sand, soil, stains, fluids, mold, rodent or animal damage, cuts, tears, burns, vandalism, water or high humidity, environmental conditions, natural disasters, warfare, or acts of terrorism.

· This warranty does not cover or include travel expenses or service costs, for non-warranty related service requests.

An example of non-warranty related trips, includes but is not limited to:

a) To educate the consumer in the operation of the massage chair.

b) Damage to the massage chair, due to improper relocation techniques, unauthorized repairs, or improper operation, which includes damage caused by dismounting the massage chair prior to the completion of a massage cycle.

Examples of said damage includes stripped foot roller gears, and/or damage to back pad support straps.

c) A massage chair inspection to confirm its proper working condition, if no issues exist.

Warranty Limitations:

· Extended warranties must be purchased no later than the delivery date of your massage chair.

· Massage Chairs, Inc. must be notified prior to the relocation of your massage chair.

There are proper moving techniques used when moving a massage chair. Attempting to relocate your massage chair from its original placement may damage your chair, and may void this warranty.

· Massage Chairs, Inc. may void your warranty if:

a) A surge protector has not been provided upon delivery by the purchaser.

b) An unstable electrical condition exists.

c) The massage chair has been damaged intentionally or unintentionally, or by unauthorized repairs or improper moving techniques.

d) Breach of good faith, such as an attempt to obtain warranty service under false pretenses.

· Massage Chairs, Inc. at its sole discretion, has the option to replace the massage chair, if it is determined that the cost of repair(s) exceed the value of the massage chair in proper working condition, at the time of claim.

· Repairs or replacements shall not extend the duration of any warranty.

How to obtain warranty service:

· Please provide  your proof of purchase from Massage Chairs, Inc.

· You must provide a detailed text or email explaining reason for service request, accompanied by a high quality video w/ audio, that accurately describes and displays any issues.

· You must obtain a return or repair authorization, prior to the execution of any actions involved with this warranty.

· This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
